CREATIVE HISTORIES - Starting Point

I started this project by thinking about everything that has influenced me creatively over my life, from childhood to my education to my current working practice. The easiest thing for me to do was to write things down as they came to me and to look for patterns or anything that jumped out at me as something that I might like develop further. I started to took at my favourite books, films and objects to see if these would give me any inspiration for what I could focus this project on. One of the main things that jumped out at me was my love of grids, oder, straight lines and minimalism. This could be something to focus the project on rather than looking at my entire timeline of creative influences.
